Please bare in mind these images were taken with a digital camera only capable of producing a 500 KB Jpg picture.

The look out points at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon

When taking photos at an altitude at or over 6000 feet you should use a "UV" filter to take out the bluish cast that the Ultra produces.
As you can see I did not because they do not make on one for this inexpensive camera.

These are called Windshield Look Outs

This means you just drive in and view the Canyon from your car by looking out of your
windshield or if you park parallel you can look out of your side windows.

What you would see through your windshield

This what you call, park on the side of the road and walk over to the edge of the canyon
to view it, but don't get so close to the edge that you might fall in.
