CHAPTER BB
House Bill No. 128
Designating a state BIRD
Section 1. The cactus wren, otherwise known as Coues' Cactus Wren
or Heleodytes brunnelcapillus couesl (Sharpe) shall be the state bird of Arizona.

Second 3. All laws or parts of laws in conflict with the provisions of this act are hereby repealed.

Approved March 16th, 1931
