After having their nest rained out, hailed out, and just plain cut down, I do believe they are going to try once again.

While checking the Wickenburg rest stop one more time, I found the pair of Vermilion were rebuilding for the 3rd or 4th. time. The female was starting a new nest so I made a few photos of the going's on.

The male had no part in the building, however he would bring food to the female about every 15 to 20 minutes while she continued to build the nest.

As you can see it is already started. Please note the spider webs being used.
If you don't see them I have pointed them out in the next photo.

White arrow is pointing to the spider web. If you look closely you see many others.

She would fly in often to make adjustments and attach the
spider webs to the different limbs.
