The Mountain Chickadee you will see in Arizona will a more predominate
white stripe over the eye than in others parts of its range.
It is possible after nesting or the raising of the chicks the white strip may be non viable.
Nest in excavated or natural cavity and or bird houses.

Inasmuch as the Black-capped Chickadee's range does not extend into Arizona, there
wont be as much as a chance to confuse the two birds.
Below are images of the two birds so you may see the differences.

This Chickadee almost has the color of a Carolina Chickadee,
however I believe the Rocky Mountain Chickadees may be a bit different in color
than the one I saw at the Grand Canyon.
