**********************************

The Quail seem to be tamer every time I go out there.
Especially the hens. The Males will need a little time I am afraid to get use to me.

****************************

But Ol'e Curved-billed Thrasher isn't afraid of any body.
He/she comes right in to get a drink whether
I am walking around or sitting behind my blind.

When the Curved-billed wants a drink it gets one no matter who is there.
It probably drinks more often than any of the other birds there.

It's not tame by any means, and as you can see, it is keeping a sharp eye on me.
If I do move to quickly it will fly away, but just for a few seconds,
and then it is back at the water tank to drink.

*********************************

This hot 100 plus weather is going to do away with all of the blossoms quickly except for the Saguaro blooms.

*******************************

Scotts Oriole coming down to drink.

It's just waiting for that Gila Woodpecker to get out of the way.

***************************************

Hurry up guy, can't you see the Oriole is waiting to get a drink also?

The Gila Woodpecker is trying to catch the drips of water as they fall into the water dish below.
I would think it would easier to drink from the dish than to try to catch those drips.

*************************************

Bullocks Oriole

Several of these birds were at the blossoms and then would come down to drink.
