A rare Arizona visitor. Has very noticeable breast streaking. A very long brown tail.
Feeds on the ground similar to most of the other Thrashers. It's fun to watch them foraging on the ground.
They will turn over most anything they can to look for food under it.
They also are capable of digging holes in the ground with their bill to look for food.
Its reddish brown and white make it a very colorful bird.

Very few bird photographer will take the time of film to photograph a bird from all angles.

I never could get the the full back of head view. Seems it was always checking me out to see that I didn't get to close.
