The bird was photographed in Patagonia, Arizona May 26, 2002.

It was coming to a Mulberry tree in Marion Paton's lot that she lets out for horse keeping. Unfortunately I was not able to get very close with my camera.

My camera was approx. 150 to 200 feet from the tree where the bird kept coming. Using a 600 mm lens with 2 two-X teleconverters on it I was able to get a couple of images before it stop coming to the tree. With the teleconverters on my lens it was equal to a 2400 mm lens. Film used was Fuji's NPZ pro film. Shutter was activated by a radio controlled unit so as not to move the camera. It was very windy and my shutter speed was very low so the images do show some camera or bird movement thus making the for a soft image.
