When the Orioles come through, or if you are in Oriole country, put out some oranges, or sugar water for them.
Note, the yellow flowers have been removed from the hummingbird feeder in order to allow the Orioles to drink.

No strings attached
At least I don't see any strings attached to it.
The way its feet seem to be going, it could be, it thinks it's in the water and paddling.
Maybe it's another one of those levitating birds.
