The field guides say, it's the only Flicker with a Golden under tail & a brown crown.
Of cours this is not to say this isn't a Red-shafted.

On the Arizona - Mexico line I did find a Saguaro cactus with Flickers feeding young.
I can only assume these are Gilded Flickers based on the range mapes in the field guides.

One moring I came to take photographs and found one of the chicks
out side of the nest cavety a few feet from the nest,
and being fead by one of the parant birds.
