MORE TO SEE

Well, let's see now, where were we, oh yes, walking along the South Rim walk way.

I guess you really shouldn't keep looking down all of the time.
Check out the tree top's bare limbs every now and then.

The Ravens (Common Raven) love to perch on these bare branches and watch the tourist go by,
while keeping a sharp eye out for any small morsel that they might drop.

Another tree top perched is;

Western Bluebird

***********************************

If when looking over the rim you thought you saw a Big Horn Ram or a
California Condor sitting on the edge of a cliff,
well, perhaps you did, they are there.

*********************

*********************************

One other thing, drive slowly you never know when an animal will cross the road in front of you.
They have the ride-a-way always.

Especially the trail Mules. And stay back quite a ways, don't crowed them.
Other wise you might have one as a hood ornament.

*******************************

You might even see a lizard or two lurking on the rim wall.

****************************

Just over the wall there, what was that?

There it is again flitting from branch to branch as fast as you can wink your eye.

Yep, I knew it, I just knew it. This is a once in a life time for most.

Yes, I do believe it is,

Oh, this is just great, I have tried for years to be able to photograph this bird, Yes, it is a
RUBY-CROWNED KINGLET
with his red spot turned on. I believe it only happens during the courtship season.
