Perhaps some of you have been to the south rim of the canyon,
if so you may remember seeing this sign along the walk way between
the El Tovar and the Bright Angle lodge.
Just to left or west of it is where I get most of my images of the condors.

Before -4 flew down to visit this bird I was able to get a few shots of it.
It too was just a few feet from where I was sitting with my camera.
A male condor hatched 04/23/2002. That means this bird is approximately 4 years old.
Note it still has a black head.
