Ready on the right - ready on the left - ready in the middle?
Looks to me like everyone is more than ready. Everyone is looking East to the top of the cliff.

What do you mean you can't see the release pens from here.
I put a white arrow pointing directly over it.
With my digital camera this is what it looked like.
By the way the face of that cliff is approx. 1 mile away and the top of the cliff is 1000 feet up.
Besides the birds inside the release pen there were 10 to 12 Condors
on or perched on thr rocks around the release pen, you say you can't then either??
What's a matter with with you eyes?

With my 20 power binocs I could see up to the birds, the trouble there was, I couldn't hold them steady enough to get a good view.
I'll have to break out the BIG lens for this job.
