TIRED OF WALKING?
Well just hop on a free shuttle bus and it will take to all of the
view points along the west rim and most of them to the east.
There are shuttle bus stops all along the roads along the rim.
They seem to come by approximately every 10 to 15 minutes.
They are free and you will get a very good narration of the canyon's history as you ride.

At every shuttle bus stop you will see a very detailed map of where you are and all of the shuttle bus stops and routs.

Never approach or feed the wild life at the Grand Canyon, it's against the law.
And, you may get bit.

If you want to see the canyon from the in side out, you can do it this way.
Just go into the Bright Angel Lodge and sign up to ride the Mules to the bottom of the canyon.
There is a very stick 200 pound load limit rule for the Mules to carry.
This means if you weigh 200 pounds one oz. you empty you pockets or you walk.

Of course you can always walk down to the bottom, and when you make it back up you can buy one of these shirts.

One last thing. If your driving to the canyon in the fall, and your taking the scenic road north
out of Flagstaff you might be tempted to get side tracked up one of these roads.
AH, why not, the canyon will always be there when I get to it.
Sept. - Oct. is the time of year for this view.
Take Forest road 151 off the highway.
You can't get lost, all roads eventually lead back to the highway or Flagstaff.
